Rafale Chang founded Tiger Party New York in 2009, after obtaining two engineering degrees in Mechatronics Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Melbourne. As co-founder of Tiger Party, Chang has supervised Times Square New Year’s Eve countdown clock (ball drop) and the digital billboard synchronization for the last 11 years. Chang focuses on building iconic work, crafting a unique experience through interactive technology, creating engagement and connection with the audience.
