Kelly has spearheaded marketing strategy for AV manufacturers, integrators, rep firms and consultants. Currently she manages all aspects of marketing for The Farm AV, a west coast rep firm that offers Q-SYS programming/commissioning on a national level. She helped build the Ignite AV talent recruitment initiative and still contributes as a volunteer. Areas of expertise include leadership, digital strategy/direction, analytics, website design, inbound marketing, content marketing and branding.
