Johan joined Sony in 1989 as a Service Support Engineer in the European Customer Service platform, developing into various management roles for Quality & Service Engineering. From 2011 until 2014, he also managed the Engineering Platform in the Sony factory in France, then from 2014 added Product Compliance and Environment to his responsibilities – 2 areas that have become his key focus since 2017. As of April 2022, he’s concurrently heading up Sony Europe’s Sustainability Promotion Office.
