Mauricio Muñoz Gutiérrez
Lawyer from the University of Chile with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. He served as an advisor on public policy matters to former President Michelle Bachelet during her two administrations.
He has worked in the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of the General Secretary of the Government, and the Ministry of Education in different governments. Between 2000 and 2005, he served as a legislative and content advisor in the Ministry of the General Secretary of the Presidency. From 2011 to 2014, he worked at the General Comptroller's Office.
He also has experience in municipal affairs, having served as a councilor in the
municipality of La Cisterna (2004-2008), as Legal Director of the Illustrious Municipality of Cerrillos, and from 2021 to March 2023, he worked in the municipality of San Bernardo, where he served as Municipal Administrator, Director of the Legal Department, and Secretary General of the Municipal Corporation of Education and Health.
