Billy has been in the visual effects industry for over 28 years. He owned his own VFX company, Mind & Machine VFX. In 2021, Billy returned to ILM as a Virtual Art Department Supervisor working on films such as The Creator and The Marvels. In 2022, Billy joined the very talented team at Pixomondo as Virtual Production Supervisor. One of his career highlights was being fully responsible for designing the R2-D2’s booster rockets and making him fly in Star Wars: Episode II - Attack Of The Clones.
