In the last few years, organizations/institutions have spent a lot of time and effort figuring out what technologies they need for hybrid work to work for everyone. Community will be essential to the success of blended work environments. But what does community really mean? And how can workplaces develop stronger communities for the benefit of both the employee and employer? This session will outline how to create connections and community in the hybrid workplace and create spaces that foster genuine human connection.
